Milco Cipriani

Milco Cipriani is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hyde Park Commercial, a real estate private equity investment firm based in Houston, Texas. Milco founded Hyde Park to invest in opportunistic, value-oriented industrial and multifamily assets across Houston and other high-growth Texas markets.

As the Managing Partner, Milco drives the company’s investment thesis and focuses on strategic planning, investment decisions, capital market activities, and investor relations.

Prior to founding Hyde Park, Milco was a Vice President at Milden Distribution, a South American provider of equipment used in oil and gas production and refining. During his tenure at Milden, Milco was responsible for underwriting, execution, and oversight of projects with a total capitalization of $50 million.

Milco graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Economics. When not in the office, Milco enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing tennis. He also enjoys playing golf and watching F1 races.
